About the Role As a French Customer Support Representative, youll assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them solve inquiries, providing clear information, and ensuring an excellent customer journey. Youll be trained to represent global clients from industries such as tech, travel, e-commerce, and digital services.
