Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers using premium home technology products. Whether it's guiding product usage, resolving technical issues, or ensuring a smooth after-sales experience, you’ll help clients feel confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional assistance via phone, chat, and email

  • Help customers with product guidance, troubleshooting, and warranty claims

  • Document support interactions accurately while meeting quality standards

  • Stay informed about evolving product features and updates

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
