Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist with product, service, order, or technical inquiries for leading international clients.
Provide accurate and timely responses while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and feedback in internal systems.
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve processes and services.
What We're Looking For:
Native-level or fluent French speaker (C2).
Basic English proficiency (B1+) for training and internal communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
Willingness to relocate and start a new chapter in Greece.
