Location: Waha (Work from Home)Interview Deadline: 5 November 2025Training starts: 17/11About the Project (29106)Join the innovative financial arm, one of Switzerlands leading financial institutions.Following the successful acquisition of ByJuno in 2023 and its merger with Swissbilling, the company is now driving the future of digital payment and invoice solutions empowering online and in-store businesses with modern, flexible, and secure payment methods.As part of the Customer Support team, youll be the first point of contact for Swiss customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent payment experience that reflects the companys trusted banking standards.Your Daily MissionIn this customer-facing role, you'll:Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in French (and ideally another Swiss language).Provide Tier 1 customer support related to:Invoice details and payment clarificationsReminder fees and billing questionsCollection-related inquiries (mild debt collection tasks)Use internal tools to update customer records and follow up on technical or payment-related issues.Collaborate closely with your team and escalate more complex cases when needed.
