Role Overview
  • Interact with French-speaking customers using various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identify customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and offer practical solutions within designated timeframes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments while maintaining documentation for reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to resolve issues and close support tickets swiftly and accurately.
  • Document processes, maintain detailed records, and report on common issues to help drive service improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Native or fluent proficiency in French (spoken and written) with excellent English skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to remain resourceful and pragmatic under pressure, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven record of working independently while being an excellent team player.
