This role involves providing exceptional customer interactions and ensuring the safety and quality of digital content in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences by managing inquiries efficiently and effectively through various communication channels.
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to company guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and use feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and content safety.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions and process enhancements.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance and moderation.
Essential Requirements
  • Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken; fluency in English is a must.
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital platforms and social media.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
