Η θέση του διαχειριστή καταστημάτων είναι ένας σημαντικός ρόλος στην επιτυχία των εμπορικών επιχειρήσεων. Ο διαχειριστής είναι υπεύθυνος για την ημερήσια δραστηριότητα της προσωρινής μακροπρόθεσμης στρατηγικής, την προσέλκυση και διατήρηση πελατών, την ανάπτυξη επικοινωνίας μεταξύ των τμημάτων.

Περιορισμοί:

  • Απαιτείται αποδεδειγμένη πείρα 3 χρόνων σε αντίστοιχη διοικητική θέση στο χώρο της γυναικείας-αντρικής υπόδησης με ομάδα πωλήσεων τουλάχιστον 4 ατόμων.
  • Πτυχίο Ανωτέρας ή Ανωτάτης σχολής θα εκτιμηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

  • Πωλησιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και παρακίνηση προσωπικού.

  • Επιτυχής χειρισμός πολλαπλών εργασιών μέσα σε ένα περιβάλλον έντονων ρυθμών.
  • Πελατοκεντρικός προσανατολισμός.
  • Ομαδικότητα.
  • Επικοινωνία.
  • Διαχείριση χρόνου και ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων.
