Video Content Moderator Position Available

In this role, you will review and moderate video submissions in Nordic languages, ensuring they meet our community standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Moderate and review video content in Nordic languages to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and flag non-compliant or harmful video content promptly.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators regarding adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with fellow moderators to enhance moderation approaches and strategies.
- Document moderation decisions and maintain accurate records of actions taken.
- Stay informed about industry trends and evolving standards in video moderation.
- Participate in team discussions to share insights and improve moderation effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) and strong English proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for video content and a commitment to maintaining a safe online community.
