Video Content Moderator Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic video content moderator to review and moderate video submissions to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
This role requires fluency in Italian as you assess user-generated content, helping to create a safe and enjoyable online experience for Italian-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities:- Moderate and review video submissions in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Flag and report inappropriate or harmful content effectively.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators about program compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the moderation team to refine processes and methodologies.
- Document moderation activities and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about current trends in video content moderation.
- Participate in team discussions to improve moderation strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in video content and commitment to maintaining a safe online community.
