Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through outbound efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking interactions and following up effectively using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate and innovate by working with your team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.

Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian and strong English skills
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not required)
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
