Franchise Development Associate

About Us:

Surprice Car Rentals is a global car rental brand. We continue to expand our franchise network and are looking for a talented Franchise Development Associate with passion and enthusiasm to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential partners within target market segments, utilizing research and networking channels.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospective partner.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure contract terms align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B or partnership development roles.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
