User Acquisition Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled User Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cyprus or Greece.

  • We require a highly motivated and results-driven professional with expertise in mobile marketing analytics and AppsFlyer.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with marketing agencies and affiliates across multiple GEOs.
  2. Monitor partner performance using available reports and tools to ensure KPIs are met and conversion rates are optimized.
  3. Collaborate with partners to maximize conversion rates and align with brand guidelines.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaign spending, and improve ROI.
  5. Develop strategic marketing plans to support affiliates and agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of AppsFlyer.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize spending to improve ROI and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage affiliate partnerships, support agencies, and ensure smooth operations.
