Cyprus or Greece Based User Acquisition Professional Wanted

Our organization is seeking a skilled User Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cyprus or Greece.
- We require a highly motivated and results-driven professional with expertise in mobile marketing analytics and AppsFlyer.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with marketing agencies and affiliates across multiple GEOs.
- Monitor partner performance using available reports and tools to ensure KPIs are met and conversion rates are optimized.
- Collaborate with partners to maximize conversion rates and align with brand guidelines.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaign spending, and improve ROI.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to support affiliates and agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or Communications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of AppsFlyer.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize spending to improve ROI and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication skills to manage affiliate partnerships, support agencies, and ensure smooth operations.
