is looking to hire Accounting Assistant

in Athens.

  • Medical case management

What you will do

  • Participate in the bookkeeping cycle
  • Actively support day-to-day accounting duties
  • Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
  • Perform administrative support functions
  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reports
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance - accounting role/department.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize and work under pressure
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
