Job DescriptionBe part of a dynamic team.
- We are currently looking for individuals with strong communication skills to join our customer care team in Athens, Greece.
- Our goal is to provide top-notch support to customers who have adopted smoke-free products, enabling them to lead a healthier lifestyle.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating users on how to use and maintain their devices, providing assistance with new purchases, communicating with customers through various channels, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, building strong relationships with partners, and demonstrating empathy at all times.
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential Qualities:
- Fluency in Croatian
- Excellent communication skills in English
