Spanish Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with the brand's new generation of products. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide top-notch customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, chat, social media & email communications with customers or people interested in learning more about new products
- Resolve customer inquiries, provide support on technical issues, as well as product information
- Offer advice on product use via outbound calls to new and existing customers, aiming to optimize their experience
- Guide customers through purchases on our online store
- Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy/regulatory changes
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Good English language skills
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.)
- A positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
- Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for growth
- Accountability when handling sensitive information
- Prior working experience in a similar customer service role is considered an advantage
