Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking users through various communication channels.

You will assist users with inquiries regarding app features, account issues, and user experiences. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer complaints and provide a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on app functionalities and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in the tech or social networking fields, is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
