Job Title: HR Assistant

We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Athens.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, update and implementation of HR policies and procedures. They will also ensure effective onboarding/offboarding plans, administer Compensation & Benefits plans, maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records, update recruiting, performance management, and training databases, gather and analyze data through useful HR metrics and prepare relevant reports and presentations, support the recruitment process, gather monthly payroll and absence data and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance, and respond to employees' queries in an effective and timely manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines is required. A Master's degree in HRM is considered an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience as an HR Assistant, HR Generalist or in a relevant role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR functions, ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Greek labor law, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, outstanding organizational & multitasking skills, attention to detail, and numerical understanding are essential.
  • A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously is required.
