Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to multiple departments, providing guidance on all people-related matters. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze complex problems, and a passion for creating a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and advice on organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs, monitor the recruitment process, conduct HR interviews, participate in selection processes, and handle job offers
  • Implement annual performance management processes, providing guidance to Directors, Managers, and employees throughout the year
  • Participate in calibration meetings, providing necessary information to Managers and bringing an HR perspective to decision-making
  • Discuss learning needs, monitor individual development plans, and provide relevant input to the Learning and Development team
  • Analyze People data and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong organizational culture and improving employee experience
  • Buid relationships with employees and stay up-to-date on work-related matters
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • MSc in Human Resources or another relevant degree
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and use of HRIS and Application Tracking systems
  • Ability to acquire fast a thorough understanding of assigned department strategies and businesses
  • Excellent command of English language (oral & written)
  • Relevant experience in the ICT sector is considered an asset
