Συνεργάζεται στενά με τους διευθυντές των τμημάτων για τη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών, την αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας και της ικανοποίησης του προσωπικού
- Προτείνει νέες στρατηγικές και πολιτικές για το τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και φροντίζει για την εφαρμογή τους από όλο τον οργανισμό
- Συνεργάζεται με τους διευθυντές των τμημάτων για να προσδιορίσουν τις τρέχουσες και μελλοντικές ανάγκες σε προσωπικό και την εφαρμογή της διαδικασίας αξιολόγησης της απόδοσης
- Προσδιορίζει τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες των τμημάτων και των ατόμων
- Αξιολογεί τα προγράμματα κατάρτισης
- Σχεδιάζει και διαχειρίζεται τη διαδικασία ανεύρεσης προσωπικού χρησιμοποιώντας διαδικτυακά κανάλια και συστήματα ATS και επιβλέπει την ορθή και ομαλή ένταξη των νέων προσληφθέντων
- Εξετάζει τις περιγραφές θέσεων εργασίας για να βεβαιωθεί ότι αντιπροσωπεύουν τις απαιτήσεις των ρόλων
- Συμμετέχει σε εκδηλώσεις στελέχωσης και ημερίδες σταδιοδρομίας, για να δικτυωθεί με πιθανούς υποψηφίους
- Οργανώνει, συντηρεί και διαχειρίζεται το σύστημα πρακτικής άσκησης που διατρέχει τον οργανισμό σε συνεργασία με τα Πανεπιστήμια και τους φορείς, αξιολογεί τα αποτελέσματα και κάνει προτάσεις βελτίωσης
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ, στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό τομέα
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως HRΒP ή σε σχετική διοικητική θέση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού,
- Εξαιρετική χρήση του MS Office (ιδιαίτερα MS Excel και MS Powerpoint)
- Εμπειρία με βάσεις δεδομένων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και συστήματα HRIS (π.χ. Pylon)
- Γνώση διαχείρισης ATS (Workable)
- Πλήρης γνώση όλων των λειτουργιών και των βέλτιστων πρακτικών του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- Καλή γνώση της εργατικής νομοθεσίας
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες διαχείρισης ανθρώπων
- Εξοικείωση με τη στελέχωση από τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης
- Αναλυτική σκέψη και προσήλωση στην επίτευξη στόχων
- Καλές δεξιότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου
