Καθήκοντα Θέσης
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα ασχοληθεί μεταξύ άλλων με τον σχεδιασμό, την οργάνωση και τον έλεγχο των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού καθώς και με την αξιολόγηση και εκπαίδευση των εργαζομένων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Κάτοχος πτυχίου κατά προτίμηση στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό
Σχετική επαγγελματική εμπειρία 3-5 ετών σε τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
Άριστη γνώση Συστημάτων Αξιολόγησης Απόδοσης
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών & H/Y
Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας με άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
