Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε Υπεύθυνο Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού (Human Resource Manager) με σκοπό την ένταξή του σε δυναμική ομάδα.
**Περιγραφή πελάτη**:
Μεγάλος Όμιλος premium brands αναζητάει Υπεύθυνο Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού (Human Resource Manager) με σκοπό, την διαμόρφωση οργανωμένου τμήματος HR που θα συμβάλει στην επίτευξη των στόχων του ομίλου, δημιουργώντας τις απαραίτητες διαδικασίες, πολιτικές και συστήματα που πρεσβεύουν και εμπνέουν το το όραμα του ομίλου.
**Ο ρόλος**:
- Πολιτικές, διαδικασίες και πρωτοβουλίες σε θέματα ανθρώπινων πόρων ευθυγραμμισμένες με τους στρατηγικούς στόχους και τις επιδιώξεις του ομίλου.
- Προσέλκυση και επιλογή: διαδικασία recruitment, επιλογή και υλοποίηση ATS (applicant tracking system) στον όμιλο, συνεργασία με job boards κτλ.
- Δημιουργία διαδικασίας διαχείρισης απόδοσης (Performance Management process) με βάση τις θέσεις- ρόλους και την δομή του οργανισμου ( grades/levels, σύνδεση με αμοιβές- παροχές).
- Δημιουργία εταιρικών πολιτικών και διαδικασιών (πχ: πολιτική αδειών, κώδικας συμπεριφοράς κτλ).
- Οργάνωση και διαχείριση παροχών - benefits.
- Δημιουργία διαδικασιών Induction και onboarding για συναδέλφους στο δίκτυο και τα κεντρικά γραφεία.
- Training & Development: Ανάπτυξη & επαγγελματική εξέλιξη εργαζομένων, εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες & εφαρμογή κατάλληλων προγραμμάτων επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης, σύνδεση με το performance management, διαχείριση training budget και προμηθευτών κτλ.
- Οργανωτική δομή, διαχείριση οργανογράμματος, περιγραφές θέσεων εργασίας.
- Διαμόρφωση προγράμματος διαδοχής (succession plan).
- Συνεργασία με τους επικεφαλής των τμημάτων και παροχή συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης με σκοπό την αξιοποίηση των ανθρώπινων πόρων.
- Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση εταιρικής κουλτούρας και στη δέσμευση εργαζομένων και συνεργατών στους στόχους και τη στρατηγική του ομίλου.
- Οργάνωση και υλοποίηση εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων με σκοπό την αύξηση της δέσμευσης των εργαζομένων.
**Requirements**:
- Τουλάχιστον 8 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία σε οργανωμένα τμήματα HR σε διάφορους τομείς.
- Πτυχίο σε διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, Ψυχολογία ή συναφές αντικείμενο. Μεταπτυχιακό πάνω σε Διοίκηση Ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία χρήσης HRIS, ATS συστημάτων. Πολύ καλή χρήση MS Office.
- Συμμόρφωση με το νομικό και θεσμικό πλαίσιο στα θέματα διαχείρισης ανθρώπινων πόρων.
