Job Summary

  • Maximize the efficient utilization of human resources by determining the optimal number of employees needed for each organization in the short-, mid-, and long-term.
  • Enhance company competitiveness by designing an optimized organization structure that aligns with business strategy and acquiring/managing core staff members.
  • Improve organization performance and drive employee motivation by implementing HR policies (evaluation, promotion, reward, discipline) that comply with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement short-, mid-, and long-term workforce plans based on business environment and manage the optimum number of employees needed for each organization.
  • Analyze domestic and international market environments to establish HR strategies and design organizational models, preparing regular/frequent re-organization.
  • Promote/appoint/nurture managers based on organization operation models and participate in retention activities of core staff.
  • Operate HR policies (evaluation, promotion, reward & discipline) complying with business environment and manage low/high-performers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Develop professional expertise by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of various factors.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Normally receive general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Generally require a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience or advanced degree without experience.
