  • Αρμοδιότητες:
    • Προγραμματισμός, συντονισμός και επίβλεψη όλων των έργων που αναλαμβάνει το τμήμα.
    • Διαπραγμάτευση και έκδοση συμβάσεων με πελάτες.
    • Τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων για τηρήσει προθεσμιών.
    • Εξασφάλιση αδειών ανάλογα με το έργο.
    • Επικοινωνία με Πελάτες (Αρχιτέκτονες, Μηχανικούς, τεχνικές εταιρίες, κατασκευαστές) για ενημέρωση σχετικά με τα προϊόντα μας.
    • Ανάπτυξη λύσεων με βάση τις ανάγκες του πελάτη.
    • Τεχνική ενημέρωση.
    • Υποστήριξη σε θέματα προδιαγραφών κατά το σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη των έργων.

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως project manager.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας.
  • Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες στην οργάνωση και τη διαχείριση χρόνου.
  • Αντίληψη, κατανόηση, επικοινωνία.
  • Ευγένεια, χαρακτήρας, οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια.
  • Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ (Windows - Microsoft Office).
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Πτυχίο Αρχιτέκτονα-Μηχανικού (θα ληφθεί υπόψη).
  • Πτυχία, επιπλέον γλώσσες ή προϋπηρεσία σχετικά με το αντικείμενο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
