As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and its key clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction to promote client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Account Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to key accounts, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize profits.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics, have proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, and demonstrate strong understanding of sales principles and customer relation management.
Additionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle pressure is also crucial for success in this role.
