Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Your primary focus will be on driving performance-driven strategies and overseeing campaigns for prominent e-commerce projects and brands in Greece. You will work closely with our clients to understand their objectives and KPIs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

This role involves:

  • Executing and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Demonstrating expertise in performance marketing skills, including bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research/development, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Ensuring campaigns are set up with best practices and quality, and routinely optimized for maximum efficiency according to KPIs and defined targets
  • Developing customer reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools and Data Studio
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Google ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, and video) and Meta ads
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, especially with advanced features like Exploration, Custom Reports
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any similar field
  • Good presentation and client-facing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Established sense of duty and ownership
  • Eager to learn, and have a passion for performance marketing
