We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our online performance and branding efforts. This role involves overseeing the acquisition of new customers, managing affiliate platforms, and analyzing campaign data to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to meet monthly acquisition targets across various products and markets.
  • Administer and manage affiliate platforms to ensure seamless partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with prospective affiliates to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Negotiate with external partners to enhance brand presence and performance.
  • Monitor competition to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably as an account manager or marketing coordinator.
  • Theoretical knowledge of online/digital marketing principles.
  • Prior experience in affiliate marketing or management is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with the remote gaming industry is essential.
  • Able to negotiate effectively with third-party vendors to meet targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and affinity for online communities.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sports.
