Digital Performance Specialist

- Identify and develop targeted partnerships, creating sales and marketing plans to attract and retain them.">
- Consult with existing affiliates/partners on individual needs and helping them draw traffic to their site.">
- Monitor competition.">
- Negotiate with online sites to improve brand presence and performance.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.">
- Create commercial acquisition offers and content for landing pages.">
- Develop one-off programmes to draw traffic from top-tier affiliates and partners.">
- Set up promotional offers in the back office/bonus engine.">
- Prepare commercial plans for regulatory authorities.">
- Brief designers/developers on online banners, landing pages, skins, etc.">
- Troubleshoot issues with software providers.">
- Publish content on affiliate and online websites.">
- Have at least 2-3 years of working experience as an account manager/marketing coordinator in a marketing/advertising firm.">
- Hold theoretical knowledge of Online/Digital Marketing.">
- Previous affiliate marketing/management position is an asset.">
- Experience in the remote gaming industry is desirable.">
- Able to negotiate with third parties to ensure targets are met.">
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment requiring fresh thinking and innovation.">
- Multi-task, balance and prioritise activities to address critical items.">
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).">
- Affinity to the internet/social media.">
- Excellent written/spoken communication skills in Greek and English (any additional language is an asset).">
- Function effectively as part of a team but also work independently on projects.">
- Reliable and dedicated professional with clear thinking and strong attention to detail.">
- Interest in sports.
