Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging ad content, including video and photo material, and post it to social media platforms.
  • Test ads to identify which ones perform best, scale successful campaigns, and stop campaigns with negative returns or those at breakeven.
  • Design ads using Canva and Adobe Photoshop to ensure they align with our branding.
  • Edit product images to enhance quality and add product characteristics for better engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas for effective campaign targeting.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms, ensuring optimal ROI while avoiding overspending.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and formats to determine the most effective strategies for engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor ad strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Write compelling and persuasive ad copy tailored to the platform and audience to maximize clicks and conversions.
  • Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to engage with users who have shown interest in the brand but haven't converted yet.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights into reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and legal requirements, avoiding issues like ad rejections or bans.
  • Collaborate with web developers or marketing teams to optimize landing pages for conversions, ensuring alignment with ad campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with advertising trends, platform updates, and new ad tools to implement innovative strategies that keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with proven success managing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze ROI and other performance metrics, with a strong focus on achieving positive returns.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills for designing ads and crafting effective campaigns.
  • Work Style: Monday to Friday office hours.
  • Commitment: This is a full-time role, and we are NOT seeking agencies.
