Dedicated Swedish Language Support Representative

About the Role:
- As a Swedish speaking customer expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to restaurant partners and end customers.
- You will handle inbound communication via calls, chats, and tickets, resolving queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use.
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels, following provided response templates and quality standards.
- Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary, performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish.
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written communication.
- Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms.
