Job Overview

We are seeking an Online Exams Assistant to provide top-tier support and ensure exam integrity. As a key member of our team, you will enhance the efficiency and excellence of our global certification services.

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders through various communication channels.
    • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the examination & certification process.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms.
  • Enforcing exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process.
  • Handling any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (desired)
  • Previous experience in similar positions/functions (considered as an asset)
  • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields (considered an advantage)
  • Excellent command of English and German language (native-like or C2 level certification desired)
  • Advanced computer literacy (ECDL Advance level certification considered a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
