Customer Experience Representative for Car Sharing

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking customers.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading car rental company, providing easy car-sharing services in urban areas of Europe & North America. Our futuristic features have been loved by users, as everything is done using only smartphones.

  • Finding or reserving a ride
  • Starting or ending a car rental
  • Managing their account & balance

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. You will work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customers' inquiries
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Providing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all customers
  • Striving towards customer retention and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Excellent Spanish communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Great communication and soft skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
