Περίληψη της θέσης: Αναζητούμε ενθουσιώδη και εξειδικευμένο άτομο για τη θέση του Iot Customer Support Intern. Η κεντρική αποστολή είναι η υποστήριξη στην εγκατάσταση υποδομών Internet of Things στα καταστήματα των συνεργατών μας.

Οι Βάσεις Της Θέσης
-Η διαχείριση συστήματος ticketing για τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση
-Καταχώριση και επικαιροποίηση πληροφοριών σε βάση δεδομένων
-Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων (περιορισμένος όγκος)
-Υποστήριξη του ευρύτερου τμήματος Operations
-Ad-hoc εργασίες από συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα
-Δημιουργία report και παρουσίαση αποτελεσμάτων

Προσωπικές Αρμοδιότητες:
  • High κίνητρο για μάθηση & αυτοβελτίωση
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη για την επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Ομαδικότητα
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) / Google Office Suite
  • Άριστη γνώση γραπτού λόγου στα Ελληνικά
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Nice to have: Βασικές γνώσεις προγραμματισμού & SQL
