ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ

  • Διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης των προτάσεων των πελατών.
  • Επιβολή των οικονομικών στόχων που σχετίζονται με τα καταστήματα.
  • Διασφάλιση της συνεχούς λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων μας και της απόλυτης συμπλήρωσης όλων των απαραίτητων διαδικασιών.
  • Υπεύθυνος για την τήρηση της εμπορικής πολιτικής στα καταστήματα.
  • Διασφάλιση της αναγγελίας της εμπορικής τουλάχιστονسمатός καταστημάτων μας υπό τους κανόνες της VISUAL MERCHANDISING της εταιρίας μας .
  • Διοίκηση, εκπαίδευση και οργάνωση της ομάδας των εργαζομένων.
  • Απευθείας συναλλασσόμενοι με την ομάδα των Area Managers της εταιρείας με στόχο την βελτιστοποίηση της εικόνας των καταστημάτων.

ΠΡΟΦΙΛ

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία 1-2 χρόνια στον τομέα γυναικείας ένδυσης σε αντίστοιχη θέση ευθύνης.
  • Προηγούμενη Erfahrung στο ρόλο Visual Merchandiser θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Καλή επικοινωνιακή & οργανωτική ικανότητα.
  • Προσανατολισμός στο Αποτέλεσμα.
  • Ικανότητα να υιοθετεί τη Rückhaltung und die Entscheidungen
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Καλός χειρισμός πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων (Ms Office).
