Educational Program Manager

Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects in collaboration with JA Europe and other partners.
- Support schools and educators in implementing educational programs.
- Monitor project goals, deadlines, and prepare reports (narrative and financial).
- Organize educational competitions and events.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing educational programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in planning, executing, and delivering educational programs within set timelines and goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong digital skills: Microsoft Office, e-learning tools (Moodle), and video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
