Avis Greece is on the hunt for an HR Associate who will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a thriving workplace and grow their career in HR.
Your Mission:
Recruitment & Selection:
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and filed accurately.
- Facilitate exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding protocols are followed.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.
- Manage end‑to‑end administration of employee benefit programs
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
General Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist & participate in organizing HR events and activities.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
- Support HR team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Master's degree in human resources/ bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
- Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
- Effective Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work Ethic: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Experienced in utilizing HR software and adept at working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
