Avis Greece is on the hunt for an
HR Associate
who will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a thriving workplace and grow their career in HR.


Your Mission:

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected and filed accurately.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding protocols are followed.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Manage end‑to‑end administration of employee benefit programs

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.

General Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Assist & participate in organizing HR events and activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
  • Support HR team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Educational Background
    : Master's degree in human resources/ bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
  • Team Player
    : Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
  • Effective Multi-Tasking:
    Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic
    : Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Communication:
    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Experienced in utilizing
    HR software
    and adept at working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of
    labor laws
    and
    HR best practices
    is a plus.
