Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Actions Coordinator to support our legal team in handling back office tasks, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare physical or digital files;
  • Monitor the progress of legal cases on a daily basis;
  • Communicate with law firms about pending legal cases and provide support to partners;
  • Enter data related to legal documents into our system;
  • Compare, verify, and consolidate data from various sources;
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Theoretical Studies, or a related field;
  • Experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology applications;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams and work in a team-oriented environment.
