We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Banking Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
">Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking law, specifically in project and corporate finance. They will be responsible for providing legal counsel advice and representation to clients, conducting consultations with clients to structure their potential transactions, drafting and commenting on finance documents, and staying updated with development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Law degree
- Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a leading law firm and/or large in-house department
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing banking law with focus on corporate and project finance.
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Fluency in the English language, on both levels of oral communication and legal writing skills
- Business acumen with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
