Technical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a System Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, configuring and monitoring information systems.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of utilities systems and processes, as well as strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
The position requires the ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
The selected candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Operating, configuring and monitoring information systems
- Starting up and shutting down system operations
- Monitoring systems for malfunctions or unusual operations
- Collaborating with information systems developers to ensure normal operation
- Monitoring and controlling the operation of hardware and software
- Ensuring the upgrade of applications on user systems
- Customizing applications and ensuring proper functioning according to organizational needs
- Managing user access rights to applications
- Managing data related to applications and ensuring proper storage, retrieval and deletion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in operating and maintaining equipment in the utilities industry preferred
- Solid understanding of utilities systems and processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent knowledge of English language
