We are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to oversee the daily activities of our Call Center team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and management, with at least 5 years of experience in staff management. A University Degree in Business Administration is required, while a postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily activities and optimizing working schedules on a per-project basis.
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality CRM services to clients.
- Building relationships across all levels of the organization to mobilize resources effectively.
