  • We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • You will handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in Portuguese, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in Portuguese
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex queries

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Portuguese
  • Good level of English (B1 or above)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Greece

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote work: If relocating, work-from-home is based in Athens
  • If already local in Greece, work-from-home is available anywhere in Greece
