Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can handle customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise. As a member of our customer experts team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and managers via telephone, email, video, social media, and chat.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and managers through various channels, including phone, email, video, social media, and chat.
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries by identifying their needs and taking strategic action.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize software to source and input customer data accurately.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of Dutch language
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal (phone) communication skills utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customers
  • Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation
  • Reliable and autonomous with a large amount of discipline and self-motivation
  • Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer contacts
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
