Dutch Customer Service Specialist: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Dutch customer service specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through various communication channels.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.">
- Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions to customers.">
- Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.">
- Deliver high-caliber customer service for their requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds.">
- Provide support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.">
- Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products.">
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory.">
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.">
- Soft Skills, advanced Active Listening and Engagement.">
- Confident, adaptable and Empathetic.">
- Pleasant and positive attitude.">
- Curious and solution-oriented.">
- A B2 minimum in English.">
- All documents to work in Greece as no sponsorship would be provided for this position.">
