HR Supervisor for Retail Stores and Business Operations

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with experience in HR management and financial oversight, capable of supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth collaboration between store teams, the management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and coordinate personnel.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and attendance records.
• Motivate and support staff to improve performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and resolve workforce issues.
• Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting office.

Financial Oversight & Control:

• Monitor and verify daily revenues, expenses, and store cash closings.
• Reconcile daily bank deposits with POS data.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.
• Monitor cash flows and support cost-control strategies.

Collaboration with External Entities:

• Liaise closely with the accounting office.
• Manage public platforms such as EFKA, ERGANI, DYPA, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all public obligations and deadlines.

Reporting to Management:

• Maintain daily communication with senior management.
• Support operational planning and strategic goals.
• Deliver clear updates and suggestions based on daily insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR and/or retail operations roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and public platforms (ERGANI, EFKA, etc.).
• Accuracy, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with payroll procedures and compliance matters.
