Retail Sales Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisor to join our B2C team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving sales growth in our Protergia store in Peristeri Attikis.

Your primary objective will be to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. This involves:

• Providing personalized customer service
• Offering expert product knowledge to inform purchasing decisions
• Ensuring customers receive timely and efficient after-sales assistance
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to store performance
• Managing cash transactions securely and maintaining store cleanliness

What We Require

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in sales environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
