Job Description

We are seeking a Store Operations Leader to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our showroom in Peristeri, Attica, Greece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is consistently replenished with stock, maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, ensuring it is clean, organized and well maintained.
  • Guide and inspire a sales team to achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is consistently replenished to avoid overstocking.
  • Onboard and train new employees on product knowledge, store procedures and customer services best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, or similar retail management role in fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
