Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about HR and wants to make a real difference in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for all positions including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates from application to offer and contract sign.
  • Provide a positive experience for candidates through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Design and implement effective internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, in order to ensure HR actions are aligned with business goals.
  • Design and maintain the company's organizational and hierarchical structure, ensuring resources' adequacy and processes' optimization.
  • Promotes a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Propose and coordinate events and corporate social responsibility actions.
  • Manage external relationships with agencies, recruiting partners, universities.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Identification of training needs and organization of training activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of professional development plans for employees.
  • Design and report meaningful KPIs, so as to effectively support management decision process.
