Cross Border Talents is recruiting a professional with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Slovenian Customer Advisor, you will represent a worldwide brand and provide top-notch customer experience.
Your Role as a Customer Service Professional:- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication;
- Troubleshoot issues using open questions and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions;
- Integrate into a multicultural environment and adapt to new challenges;
- Fluency in Slovenian (C2 level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility;
- Paid travel expenses;
- Accommodation in a hotel for the first 14 days, with assistance finding a house that meets your expectations;
- Renewable contract of 12 months;
- Health coverage and private health care;
- Attractive salary with performance bonus;
- Working hours: 40 hours per week = 8 hours per day / 5 days a week;
- Greek lessons;
- Free real estate agency fee;
