As an associate for our German-English Travel Customer Service team, working in Greece, you'll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while #experienceTTEC.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer incoming communications from customers.
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months or more of customer service, tourism, or hospitality experience.
- Strong knowledge of products or services.
- Computer literacy.
- The ability to relocate and gain work authorization in Greece.
