Finnish Speaking Customer Service Specialist for POS Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support professional to join our Nordic Customer Experts team. As a Finnish-speaking expert for POS devices, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and clients, providing timely issue resolution and promoting increased product usage and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Primary Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customer and client requests.
- Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices.
- Troubleshooting: Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes.
- Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellence in Interaction: Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty.
- Goal-Oriented: Commit to meeting personal and team targets.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Finnishand very good use of English (both written and spoken).
- Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn.
